In DameWare DRS, we are trying to remote manage computers. We have made DNS names (in a AD DNS environment) of each of the computers but they are different them the computer names of the pc's (mostly windows XP). So when we try to connect, it will give us an error 52 (You were not connected because a duplicate name exists on the network). This isn't the cause, its because of the name difference between the Computer name and Entry we are using to connect with. This is also the cause for Mini Remote, but it will ask us if we want to continue, we just have to click yes. Any help with this would be appreciated.
